About me and my history.
My name is Bas Bouma.
I am a music composer currently living in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
I have a Bachelor of Music degree in 'Composition & Music Production' and a Master of Arts degree in 'Composition In Context'.
I have made music for a lot of different short films, animations, promo films, installation and a documentary. I have also worked on two feature films, 'Lover or Loser' and 'Sinterklaas en de Verdwenen Pakjesboot', together with Maarten Spruijt.
I am always looking for new kinds of music and new adventures.
My musical style can be described as intimate, subtle, elegant. With a wide variety of influences from pop, classical and film music.
